teTeX missing prettyref.sty

Description
LaTeX Error: File `prettyref.sty' not found.
However, I have
/opt/local/share/texmf-dist/doc/help/Catalogue/entries/prettyref.html
so documentation is in place (I used locate to ensure prettyref.sty is nowhere present).

Not a bug. The prettyref.sty file was deleted upstream by teTeX's maintainer. See:

If you want prettyref.sty you will have to install it yourself. The documentation referred to will also likely disappear in a later release of teTeX.
