Description
Attached is an update to the PyPDF Portfile. The current Portfile version is 1.13. The attached Portfile is for 1.17.
Version 1.13 is the last version released by the previous maintainer, according to it's homepage at http://pybrary.net/pyPdf/
It is forked under the name "PyPDF2" at https://github.com/knowah/PyPDF2/ (which redirects to https://github.com/mstamy2/PyPDF2/).
Given that the new maintainers advertise it as "PyPDF2" instead of "PyPDF", I suggest to threat it as a complete new Portfile.
NB: I removed the checksums; they don't seem to be check when fetching from git repositories.

OP, would you like to maintain this port?
(Landon, I’m going to assume you don’t really want to be bothered with maintainership. If that’s not the case, feel free to speak up :P )

I'm not a regular user of this module, so I recommend to leave it as "openmaintainer".
(I just happen to have a habbit to create Portfiles for all software I install, in case there is none available yet.)
