Description
The package mysql5-5.1.70_0.darwin_12.x86_64.tbz2 id not present on any mirror:
http://lil.fr.packages.macports.org/mysql5 http://mse.uk.packages.macports.org/sites/packages.macports.org/mysql5 http://packages.macports.org/mysql5
The requests are always returning 404.

Mysql5 links with openssl by default and the licenses prevent binary distribution.
Try a newer port like mysql55 or mariadb. If you need mysql 5.1.x the mysql51 port does not link with openssl by default and does have a binary.
