Here's a patch to bump the version of transmission to the current release 2.81.

Here's a patch to bump the version of transmission to the current release 2.81.
Version 2.82 just came out so I' m adding the patch for upgrading to the latest release(not sure if the title of the ticket should be changed)...

I tested building 2.83 (the latest) - it won't build here on Mavericks. However, 2.82 builds fine - I'll update the port

I' ve managed to make some progress to update the port to version 2.83: should I open a new ticket or can we continue on this one?
