certsync startupitem modification?

Description
Would it be reasonable to use startupitem.executable instead of startupitem.start in the certsync port? startupitem.executable is the preferred one to use unless something extra is required.
The generated wrapper script (when using startupitem.start) has a Stop() method that references a script that doesn't exist (so Stop and Restart won't work).
