Duplicate of #32575, probably. Clear your default MacPorts Python selection, clean llvm-3.2, and try again. You can re-set your preferred Python afterwards, if you like.
% sudo port select --set python none % sudo port clean llvm-3.2 % sudo port install llvm-3.2
