Description
Request to upgrade fail2ban to the latest version, which is at the moment 0.8.10.
See the Changelog for detailed information.
2013/06/12 0.8.10 is out. Addresses possible DoS in apache- filters + adds some enhancements.
2013/05/13 0.8.9 is out. Lots of fixes (e.g. pyinotify) and enhancements (e.g. conf.d/*.conf support).

I'll update the port. It seems 0.8.11 is out.
It seems that version 0.8.11 is the upcomming release an version 0.8.10 is the latest stable release.
Don't hesitate to submit your own Portfile update as this port is set as openmaintainer.
I have attached the patches I have so far for your inspection.

Your patches are looking OK. Despite I'm maintaining several ports I don't have commit rights.
I'm going to ask a commiter to commit them on the mailing list. Could you please add the keyword "haspatch" to the ticket's header ?
