Port: | grc cc65 |
Description
I recently tried installing grc and ran into this:
Error: org.macports.activate for port grc returned: Image error: /opt/local/bin/grc is being used by the active cc65 port. Please deactivate this port first, or use 'port -f activate grc' to force the activation.
Either the conflict should be fixed, or the ports should be marked as conflicting with one another.

Just a note, this occurred for me with the Fink packages for grc and cc65 on a different computer, too, so it appears that this is not a MacPorts-specific problem...

In ticket #40366 trashgod indicated that this ticket should be closed.
What has been done about this? Which resolution type?

Sorry I can't reproduce this, and I don't understand how grc and cc65 could conflict. If it helps, I recall having similar problems when I migrated.
