pymol@1.5_8 Subversion check out failed

The URL of PyMol source seems outdated (looks like it was changed from ​https://pymol.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/pymol/trunk/pymol to ​https://svn.code.sf.net/p/pymol/code/trunk/pymol). It should be updated accordingly in the Portfile.

I fixed it locally by modifying /opt/local/var/macports/sources/rsync.macports.org/release/tarballs/ports/science/pymol/Portfile. But it might be helpful for others if the Portfile on the server updated.

This issue is addressed in the updated packaging on ​https://trac.macports.org/ticket/38516. Note that we also need the FreeBSD fix for blt committed as well (​https://trac.macports.org/ticket/40203) otherwise the apbstools plugin in pymol will crash when the "Choose Externally Generated PQR" button is clicked under tcl/tk 8.6.

Since pymol ​no longer uses svn, I think it is safe to close this ticket.
