I'd verify with livecheck, but that's broken:
Local-Admins-MacBook-Pro:wget ericgallager$ port -v livecheck dmg2img Error: cannot check if dmg2img was updated (The requested URL returned error: 406)
(Also the maintainer, probono, seems to not really be involved with puredarwin any more, so I wouldn't be surprised if he never replies to this ticket, either...)

Replying to ryandesign@…:
Since it's openmaintainer, I'll update it.
And I see you did so in r110415. Thanks!

Yes, and I removed the backup master_sites since they no longer have these files. Unfortunately the one and only server for this file is misconfigured and does not allow downloads via curl. I have emailed the two contact people listed in the readme about this; hopefully they can fix their server. I have not yet fixed the livecheck, since it would need to access the same server.

The server was preventing access if no user-agent was set, or if the user-agent contained the string "curl" (which the MacPorts user-agent does). The developer has worked with his hosting provider to remedy the situation. I've fixed the livecheck in r110723.
Since it's openmaintainer, I'll update it.
