libgtkhtml 2.6.3 build correctly also disabling the dependance from control-center, that depends on nautilus and so on...
No extensive test done, but perhaps we can remove control-center form deps now.

dependency will *not* be

Ok, but control-center is not the right dep, it is a program that has in its deps the right libs, we should find something more granular.
In gentoo they have:
libgtkhtml-2.6.3
dev-libs/libxml2 - 2.4.16
gnome-base/gnome-vfs - 2
x11-libs/gtk+ - 2
accessibility >= gnome-base/gail - 1.3
and perhaps we should have something like this.
