At upgrading from py27-scipy 0.12.0_2 to 0.12.0_3 . Some lines from the log:

In the future, please Cc the port maintainers (port info --maintainers py27-scipy).

FYI, i have it installed: 

$ port installed py27-scipy
The following ports are currently installed:
  py27-scipy @0.12.0_3+atlas+gcc48 (active)

Uninstalled and cleaned py27-scipy, and installed it with +gcc48. Worked.
