docbook-xml-4.2 install failure

The installation of docbook-xml-4.2 reported an error that no destroot is found: 

Error: org.macports.install for port docbook-xml-4.2 returned: no destroot found at: /opt/local/var/macports/build/_opt_local_var_macports_sources_rsync.macports.org_release_tarballs_ports_textproc_docbook-xml/docbook-xml-4.2/work/destroot

After I manually created such a folder at the expected location, a re-attempt of the install then succeeded.

Please make sure you've ​cleaned and tried again; if the problem still happens, attach the main.log.

This works for me, including the case where the catalog directories do not exist (as would be the case for a new system): 

sudo port uninstall docbook-xml-4.3 docbook-xml-4.4 docbook-xml-4.5 iso8879 docbook-xml-4.2 openjade docbook-sgml-4.2 docbook-utils p5.22-sgmlspm docbook-dsssl docbook-xml-5.0 docbook-xsl docbook-xsl-ns sgml-common
sudo rm -rf /opt/local/etc/sgml /opt/local/etc/xml
sudo port install -s docbook-xml-4.2

I believe this ticket should be retired.
