libcc gcc4.8 not compiling in Mavericks

Description

I upgraded to Mavericks, and I am rebuilding macports using the migration guidelines. I am using the macports base from trunks. When I try to build gcc48 I get compilation in the dependency libgcc.

The full log is attached. Please let me know if more info are needed.
