this workaround (added "-DG_LOG_DOMAIN=0") helps to build gstreamer1 on Mavericks.
gstreamer Portfile:
configure.cflags-append -funroll-loops -fstrict-aliasing -fno-common -DG_LOG_DOMAIN=0
