The message is:
The directory that should contain system headers does not exist: :info:build /usr/include
Indeed, the directory does not exist.
This is on OS X 10.9. XCode version 5.0.1 and command line tools up to date, it seems. For example,
cc --version Apple LLVM version 5.0 (clang-500.2.79) (based on LLVM 3.3svn) Target: x86_64-apple-darwin13.0.0 Thread model: posix
