llvm is broken on Macerick.

Please read the error message: llvm-3.1 is not supported on Mavericks

Use llvm-3.3 on OS X 10.9 Mavericks instead. Your use of port upgrade outdated also suggests that you did not follow the migrations instructions after upgrading your OS to new a major version.
