perl5.8 : Error while installing perl5.8 fetch failed

Hello, After upgrade on OSX 10.9 Mavericks the "port upgrade outdated" command attempted to reinstall all my ports. During process, the perl5.8 install failed :

It is not useful to Cc nomaintainer.

perl5.8 is very old, you should at least use perl5.12 instead, which is currently the Macports default.

This patch has worked for me : #40521

I know 5.8 is old but my port really want to install it.
