Description
pdfresurrect is a commandline tool to analyze PDF documents. It's main feature is that it can restore previous versions from PDF files which have been modified using the official "incremental updates" feature described in the PDF specification (see chapter 8.11 there).
There is no other (free, open source) tool out there that I'm aware of which can do the same. ('podofoincrupdate' claims to do this too, but it doesn't work for me...)
The upstream source repository for pdfresurrect is at https://github.com/enferex/pdfresurrect
