ld64 @136_2 build fails when macosx_deployment_target is set

Description
Error occurs when macosx_deployment_target is set in macports.conf to any value < 10.9. When unset or set to 10.9 compile succeeds. Command line tools and Xcode are installed. Log is attached.

That didn't help (see my comment there), so I'm reopening this bug. Error message hasn't changed but I will upload new build log anyway.

Setting
macosx_deployment_target
to a different value is not well supported in MacPorts in general.
