Description
libspiff fails to build and generates the following error:
error: no member named 'getcwd' in the global namespace

The first thing to try would be to update the port to the latest version, 1.2.0. The project has changed names to libxspf so the port name should be changed too.

If anyone wants to take the necessary patch upstream, feel free to do so – I'm currently waiting for sourceforge support staff to recover my account.

No need to; I had to make the same fix for FreeBSD. I already contacted the author.

Oh, I removed you as maintainer in r114405, because your last apparent interaction with MacPorts was a long time ago. Do you want me to re-add you as maintainer of the new libxspf port?
