Description
The binary packages of gstreamer010 on Mavericks are missing the introspection files:

this is leading to build failures on software linking against gstreamer that requires these introspection files. The attached patch adds the dependency on gobject-introspection so these files can be built. It also adds a dependency on gmake for Tiger as the make from Xcode on Tiger is not new enough to build the introspection files.
