Build failure while installing GnuCash: gtk-doc fails to configure

The installation process of GnuCash fails attempting to configure gtk-doc. This is the error message released: 

--->  Configuring gtk-doc
Error: Failed to configure gtk-doc, consult /opt/local/var/macports/build/_opt_local_var_macports_sources_rsync.macports.org_release_tarballs_ports_gnome_gtk-doc/gtk-doc/work/gtk-doc-1.18/config.log
Error: org.macports.configure for port gtk-doc returned: configure failure: command execution failed
Please see the log file for port gtk-doc for details:
    /opt/local/var/macports/logs/_opt_local_var_macports_sources_rsync.macports.org_release_tarballs_ports_gnome_gtk-doc/gtk-doc/main.log

The config.log says: 

Agreeing to the Xcode/iOS license requires admin privileges, please re-run as root via sudo.

You must agree to the Xcode license. See our install page which says:

Xcode 4 and later users need to first accept the Xcode EULA by either launching Xcode or running: 

xcodebuild -license
