demeter: update to 0.9.19; use github portgroup; remove active_variants portgroup

This patch updates demeter to the latest version, 0.9.19; actually makes use of the github portgroup, thereby simplifying the port; and removes the need to use the active_variants portgroup.

It builds, but this may need to be resolved before committing:

    !  Archive::Zip (1.30) is installed, but we need version >= 1.31
    !  Moose (2.0801) is installed, but we need version >= 2.09
    !  MooseX::Types::LaxNum is not installed

of the modules indicated above before proceeding with this installation

I'm in contact with the developer. Version 0.9.18.2 is the latest release version - see also the home page. I will update the port when the 0.9.19 branch is finished.

Thanks for showing me those warnings. I missed that. I will look into adding/updating those ports.
