The log says: 

/opt/local/include/gtest/internal/gtest-port.h:449:10: fatal error: 'tr1/tuple' file not found

What port provides /opt/local/include/gtest/internal/gtest-port.h, please? Run "port provides /opt/local/include/gtest/internal/gtest-port.h" to find out.

What port provides /opt/local/include/gtest/internal/gtest-port.h, please?

Seems to be part of gmock. Not sure how you got to this point, since, as you already reported in #42260, gmock cannot be installed on Mavericks. The solution will be to delete gmock and tell amarok not to use it; see #38356.
