dolfin port fails at while installing petsc

I tried to install dolfin via 

sudo port install dolfin

But this fails while installing 'petsc'. I have attached the main.log file

Resolution: → invalid
Status: new → closed

From the log: 

:debug:configure couldn't open "/System/Library/Frameworks/Tcl.framework/Versions/8.5/Resources/tclIndex": no such file or directory
