The port should just be called “gflags”, as per the project’s official name.

Since this is a new port, the revision should be 0 (or just left out). Also, unless hum agreed to maintain this port, don't list him as maintainer. List yourself in the form of tld.domain:localpart
if you want, though.

I suggest we rename this port to "google-gflags" to avoid confliction because "ctemplate" project on google code is also renamed to "google-ctemplate" in Macports.
