epdfview: homepage, master_sites dead, no upstream maintenance, replace with evince.

Description
In addition to the build failure reported in #42442, both the homepage and master_sites for this port are invalid and Fedora-devel email list reports that the upstream developer is no longer maintaining this package and recommends replacement with evince. They are retiring the package.
I suggest that we do the same, marking this port as obsolete, replaced by evince.
