/usr/bin/gnutar does not exist
This specific problem only occurs when you upgrade to Mavericks without reinstalling MacPorts. Please follow the migration instructions.

You either do not have the Xcode command line tools installed, or you have not agreed to the Xcode license, or you did not follow wiki:Migration. See also wiki:MavericksProblems.
Also, remove your symlink to gnutar.
