Is adding this port still desired? adns-python has not had any releases since 2007, nor do there appear to be any active forks of it; will that not matter as long as GNU adns is maintained (last updated 2016)?
The draft portfile has Python versions no longer in MacPorts (2.4, 2.5).

The license field should indicate which version(s) of the GPL are acceptable. Just writing "license GPL" indicates that all versions are acceptable, which does not appear to be accurate in this case; based on the header in one of the source files, it seems to me that the correct license is "GPL-2+".
