Component: | ports | Version:
Keywords: | maintainer | Cc:
Port: | py-libcloud |
Description
The port currently fails to install for the python 3.3 and 3.4 subport. This is due to missing py-mock
dependency (used for testing), which currently is not enabled for Python 3.3 and 3.4. see also ticket #42476.
petr% sudo port -v install py33-libcloud ---> Computing dependencies for py33-libcloud. Error: Dependency 'py33-mock' not found. To report a bug, follow the instructions in the guide: http://guide.macports.org/#project.tickets Error: Processing of port py33-libcloud failed
The immediate solutions are:
- implementing ticket #42476 as requested;
- disable test here, at least for Python 3.3 and 3.4 subport;
Not immediate:
- wait for upstream solution to use
unitest.mock
instead; - patch to implement the above;
