Yeah it’s definitely on the mirrors. Run with -d or -v and you can see the specific error that libcurl is encountering.

Ran update again today and it worked just fine. So whatever it was it's gone. I'm thinking it's comcast's invisible proxy server blocking those urls because it's out of date.
