Have followed migration instructions wiki:Migration, and most packages now build.
Log attached. everything looks fine until
:error:destroot org.macports.destroot for port openmpi-default returned: /opt/local/var/macports/build/_opt_local_var_macports_sources_rsync.macports.org_release_tarballs_ports_science_openmpi/openmpi-default/work/destroot/opt/local/share/docdelete: no such file or directory

The relevant portion of the log seems to be:

As in #42990, Reinstall of Xcode, command line tools and macports seems to have worked. Can now install.

I take it back! When it completed building I thought all was well and went to sleep, but the same error occurs at the same place! Please don't mark at solved!
