Description
This is more or less the same as #39541 - pygtk.h is missing, because gtk2 is not installed with +quartz (depends on cairo and pango, each with +quartz)

Further resolving dependencies:
py27-osmgpsmap < osm-gps-map-gtk2 < gtkmm < cairomm < pangomm
everything rebuild with +quartz
fails at gtksourceview2 < ige-mac-integration, see #41984

I posted too early: I re-installed cairo, pango and gtk2 with -quartz, now py27-osmgpsmap fails, because it now wants gtk-x11 ("library not found for -lgtk-x11-2.0"). I attach the current log.
