Built successfully on 10.6.8 and 10.9.2. Can't test functionality as I haven't purchased the hardware, yet.

It seems to be an error correction. Normally the version number is in the regular (digits-only) format but twice they've appended '-repack'. See:

I suspect it will go back to a normal format on the next release.

Why remove haspatch? I thought that was also used to identify submissions that include a complete portfile?

haspatch
means that a patch has been attached. But that is not applicable for a submission port, which requires a complete Portfile. If you did not submit a Portfile, this would not be a submission ticket.

The string "-repack" should probably not appear in the version string that the user sees; that's an implementation detail.
