Description
Neither maintainer has responded to the three open tickets in over half a year. If either of you still wish to maintain the port, please speak now. Otherwise if I don't hear from you by May 1, 2014, I will reassign the port to be maintained by someone else.

Dear Ryan,
there is another problem with the current nettle portfile: when building universal it blindly assumes an Intel machine as the host. I have run it on a PowerPC Mac and here the line
does of course pose problems.
I would also recommend to introduce a temporary variable like
that may be used to simplify the file significantly.
