Description
"port install tophat" on 10.9.2 fails to build. Originally it was part of a large sequence of ports being added as part of the new system install process, but the problem persisted even after running "sudo port clean tophat". main.log is attached.

The problem happens in the directory SeqAn-1.1.
Since tophat no longer uses the local version of SeqAn, this problem is likely fixed.
If not, please feel free to reopen.
