Description
TeXmacs is outdated and should be updated to the latest stable version, currently 1.0.7.21. Unfortunately it does not build. I've filed a bug report with the developers: https://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?42146 I'm attaching my patches so far.

The developers closed my bug report, saying the problem is fixed in 1.99.2. They also now indicate that 1.99.2 is the latest stable version. Updated to 1.99.2 in r134549.
