Upgrading py-autopep8

Hi,

I would like to upgrade py-autopep8 from 0.9.7 to 1.0.1, also enable livecheck and 34 support. Patch file is attached.

This doesn't work with 3.4 for me on 10.8 or 10.9. I've done a port selfupdate
