Description
Please update openjpeg to version 2.1.0.
Note that livecheck doesn't find this version because hosting has changed from googlecode to sourceforge.
I am hoping that 2.1.0 will contain a libopenjp2.pc pkg-config file (2.0.0 does not); this file would help me get jpeg-2000 support working in imagemagick again (#43599)

Fixed in r119837.
There does seem to be an libopenjp2.pc file, so I hope that fixes other problems.
