I'm getting a failure to fetch NCARC 6.2.0 

--->  Attempting to fetch ncl_ncarg-6.2.0.tar.gz from http://svn.macports.org/repository/macports/distfiles/ncarg
Error: org.macports.fetch for port ncarg returned: fetch failed
