Description
As discussed by mail w ryan, use github group.
I kept livecheck.regex and master_sites as it is not working else with default github settings. It would be nice if there was an entry on github group in guide.macports.org, at minimum, just pointing on the code file.

Thanks. Committed with changes in r120193.
The default livecheck works if you invoke github.setup with the correct values; in this case your value for tag_prefix was wrong. masscan doesn't prefix their tags so leaving tag_prefix blank is correct.
When updating to the next version of masscan, the lines I've indicated with comments in the portfile should be removed as they will no longer be necessary. Changing them now would necessitate changing the checksums as well and cause new distfiles to be mirrored for the same version, which is wasteful.
