mesa: fetch fails on all buildbot, local fetch OK

After the recent update of Mesa to version 8.0.5 (#41349, r120263) attempts to fetch the distfile fail as follows on all 4 buildbots:

I note that port :3690 is the svn port. Fetching from my local network proceeds normally without the use of any non standard port for the ftp connection so I suspect this is a buildbot network configuration issue.

That's what I guessed but I'm surprised that you closed the ticket since the problem has yet to be solved.

As a work-around, since there doesn't seem to be an obvious HTTP mirror available, how about uploading a copy of the required files via svn to
