Description (last modified by mf2k (Frank Schima))
I follow the instruction in subclipse to install javaHL, using MacPort's implementation. My machine is running Mavericks with Xcode 5.1.1. The command I use is 'sudo ./port install subversion-javahlbindings +no_bdb +universal'. After it installs all the prerequisites, it fails with the following message:
$ sudo ./port install subversion-javahlbindings +no_bdb +universal Password: Warning: The Xcode Command Line Tools don't appear to be installed; most ports will likely fail to build. Warning: Install them by running `xcode-select --install'. ---> Computing dependencies for subversion-javahlbindings ---> Configuring subversion-javahlbindings Error: Failed to configure subversion-javahlbindings, consult /opt/local/var/macports/build/_opt_local_var_macports_sources_rsync.macports.org_release_tarballs_ports_devel_subversion-javahlbindings/subversion-javahlbindings/work/subversion-1.8.9/config.log Error: org.macports.configure for port subversion-javahlbindings returned: configure failure: command execution failed Please see the log file for port subversion-javahlbindings for details: /opt/local/var/macports/logs/_opt_local_var_macports_sources_rsync.macports.org_release_tarballs_ports_devel_subversion-javahlbindings/subversion-javahlbindings/main.log To report a bug, follow the instructions in the guide: http://guide.macports.org/#project.tickets Error: Processing of port subversion-javahlbindings failed

This ticket can be closed. I believe the problem was that I did not run 'xcode-select --install' command, therefore the Xcode command line tool was not accessible, causing it to fail. It seems to work fine after I done that.
$ xcode-select --install xcode-select: note: install requested for command line developer tools $ cd /opt/local/bin $ sudo ./port install subversion-javahlbindings +no_bdb +universal Password: ---> Computing dependencies for subversion-javahlbindings ---> Configuring subversion-javahlbindings ---> Building subversion-javahlbindings ---> Staging subversion-javahlbindings into destroot Warning: subversion-javahlbindings installs files outside the common directory structure. ---> Installing subversion-javahlbindings @1.8.9_0+no_bdb+universal ---> Activating subversion-javahlbindings @1.8.9_0+no_bdb+universal ---> Cleaning subversion-javahlbindings ---> Updating database of binaries ---> Scanning binaries for linking errors ---> No broken files found.

So did you try and run
as the error message suggests?
