Description
Trying to install gnustep-base fails:

I've attached the full log file, which has this error line:
./configure: line 1398: gnustep-config: command not found configure:1446: error: cannot find install-sh or install.sh in /opt/local/share/GNUstep/Makefiles .//opt/local/share/GNUstep/Makefiles
Note: I wanted to install yap-app which depends on gnustep-base. I'm on OS X 10.9.4, MP 2.3.1
