Description
The latest stable version of Synfig doesn't build on OSX 10.9 Mavericks. The fix is available here - http://www.synfig.org/issues/thebuggenie/synfig/issues/504

Hello again! I have made a custom portfile with the patches applied. please check it out here - http://www.synfig.org/issues/thebuggenie/synfig/issues/504#comment_2259
I have converted all patches to format required by Mac Ports and made all required fixes to Portfiles. Also, for me it was needed to add "--with-boost" configure option to "synfig" port.
