Please add the HDRI feature for ImageMagick. This is dependent on adding the OpenEXR delegate type first. A separate ticket has been filed to add OpenEXR delegate type as well (#44621)

Sorry, we removed the hdri feature in r106049 and cannot add it back without major restructuring of the ImageMagick port. See comment:ticket:38134:3. Duplicate of #43754.
