Description
I would like to update this to 0.14, which is needed for new py-netlib
port and add py34 subport.
However, the port would deserve some whitespace clean up as well. So to avoid the fuzz with multiple patch files, maybe the easiest way to implement this, would be to commit directly to the repo. I can do this, if it is okay for you. Otherwise, let me know if you really need patches for this update.

The port is openmaintainer and we are way past maintainer timeout of 3 days. So yes, proceed.

Committed in r125566.
I also added missing dependencies and removed py24 and py25, which are not documented to be supported and should be phased out anyway.
