In the future, please use WikiFormatting, fill in the Port field with the Port that actually failed to build and Cc the port maintainers (port info --maintainers i386-mingw32-binutils).

Without attaching the main.log, we have no idea what happened. Assuming duplicate of #44093 given lack of information.
