Description
After updating system to 10.10 Yosemite my dnsmasq doesn't starts on system boot. I tried sudo port load dnsmasq or sudo launchctl load -w /Library/LaunchDaemons/org.macports.dnsmasq.plist it says operation already in progress, but there are no process of dnsmasq.
Launching by "sudo dnsmasq" - works fine.

What does the system log indicate when it tries to start dnsmasq?
I'm assuming the error is NetworkState is gone from launchd now:
com.apple.xpc.launchd[1] (org.macports.dnsmasq): The NetworkState key is no longer respected. Please remove it.

From man 5 launchd.plist
:
NetworkState <boolean>
This key is no longer implemented as it never acted how most users expected.
